Diamond Ring Blog

This was so much fun- My dad would give birthday gifts to my mom every year. I never forget this one gift that he surprised her with.  He would always come up with something very unusual way to present her gift- so, this one time he had planed for the whole family to play Roll The Dice-  each of us would take turns rolling the dice and what ever number it landed on you would have to pick the cards that match your number and read the instructions  on the card and do whatever your card says to do. My mom rolled the number six she picked her card and it said to go to her bedroom and see if she can find a box.  She did exactly what the card asked her to do, boy was she on for a surprise she walked and saw her room was lid with beautiful candles and on her pillow there were roses and next to the roses there she saw a jewelry box- she opened the box and saw a beautiful diamond earrings studs.  My father hugged her and kissed her and said ” I rolled the dice 25 years ago, and I’ve been a winner ever since- Happy Birthday my greatest treasure.
